Choose
An Access Option...Your private DFS planroom can be accessed
via a unique weblink...
This option includes a customized look to
match your brand, plus monthly maintenance
and tech support. The alternate option is to
choose a private planroom, with access via the
Dominion Blue website. 
Decide
On The Account Users...List the individuals who will have
access to your planroom, and assign a password for each
person. In addition, select an Administrator -
they will have full access to a portal, and be able
to view projects that are in the proofing phase/
and those not accessible to the other account
users. 
Determine
A Folder Structure...The structure you choose will generally
be unique to your own
project. The initial structure can be easily
modified throughout the life of the project. Plus
DFM, a design file management option can be
added. 
Admin
& Security Options...Be prepared to discuss the following
parameters with an account representative when you meet to
preflight
your DFS planroom:
