FTP Is a Direct File Transfer Method... for sending in large files. This service is secure, and offered to you as an alternative to our online Express Order Form:

1. For your convenience, we have pre-configured free FTP client software. Please select the appropriate operating system (PC or MAC) on the right and it will start the download process. Install the downloaded file and you will be able to access our FTP site.

2. After uploading a file to our FTP site we require an order form be submitted detailing the information of your project. This information submitted through our Express Order Form, allows for fast and accurate order requests.

Prior to uploading any files, you must please compress your files with WinZIP or Stuffit. By doing this process, it ensures that we receive all the required information contained in hidden files and resource forks.

Windows - Zip all files into file

Mac OSX 10.3.9 or earlier - Stuffit

Mac OSX 10.4 or later - Zip
a. Select an item or items in the Finder.
b. Choose File > Create Archive.

If you archive a single item, the archived file has the name of the original item with a ".zip" extension. If you archive multiple items at once, the archived file is called Archive.zip.
